Tom's Cottage is a lovely traditional cottage with access to the beach just across the road and only five minutes’ walk to the centre of the village.

Accommodation Details:

The cottage has a double bedroom with a king size bed and a twin bedroom with 2’ 6” beds but is ideally suited to sleep two or three people – however there is a second bed in the twin bedroom if needed.  There is an interconnecting shower room between the two bedrooms.

On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge with Freeview TV, DVD player and iPod docking station.  The kitchen/diner is well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.  Free wifi is provided.  Heating is by nightstores and electric panel heaters.

A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided and bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included. One small/medium dog welcome, downstairs only

There is a delightful patio with table and chairs at the front of the cottage and only a footpath runs outside so the immediate vicinity is traffic-free.  The steps to the beach are just a few steps away and there is a slipway to the beach just a couple of minutes’ down the road towards the village.  There is an excellent family pub just a couple of minutes from the cottage and the village itself with all its amenities is only a five minute walk.  A few minutes in the other direction will take you to Loe Bar and the beautiful Penrose Estate and Loe Pool with some lovely circular walks.

Tom’s Cottage is in close proximity to KozyKot, Tamarisk, Sea Cottage and Compass Cottage thus making it an ideal choice for families who wish to holiday together but retain their own private space.

NOTE:  As with a lot of traditional cottages, the stairs in Tom’s Cottage are quite steep.
