Shambrook is a charming retreat in picturesque Porthleven. The traditional mid-terrace house is moments from the harbourside with views across the village. Tastefully decorated throughout and bathed in natural light, it is an ideal base for exploring all this area of Cornwall has to offer.

The modern kitchen is simple and stylish with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and door to the outside area.

The cosy sitting room has plenty of space for all the family to relax, with a sofa, armchair and two chairs plus TV and woodburner.

There are two king size beds and two single beds across three bedrooms and the bathroom offers bath, shower, WC and basin. There is also a handy utility area with a washer/dryer. 

Please note the downstairs bedroom and utility area are only accessible via very steep stairs; although these are fitted with specialist anti-slip surface strips, they may not be suitable for people with limited mobility, there is a stairgate fitted at the top of the stairs.
