Sanibel is a splendid apartment set over two floors just a few steps from the harbour, shops and restaurants.
On the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with patio doors leading on to a sun terrace at the front with views towards the harbour. The kitchen has high gloss units, granite worktops and integrated oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The living area is luxuriously furnished and there is Sky TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. There is also a separate WC on this floor.
The first floor consists of a large, airy master bedroom with built in wardrobes, a king size bed, double windows looking towards the harbour and an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The twin bedroom also has built in wardrobes and is located at the rear of the building. In addition there is a separate family shower room.
The apartment has parking for one car at the rear of the building. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided and linen, towels, electricity and heating and wifi are all included.
Sanibel is in an ideal location, being so close to the harbour and all its amenities and also just a short stroll to the beach and coast path.
