KozyKot is an idyllic hideaway for two situated just above the steps leading down to the beach in a quiet no through road.

The open plan lounge and kitchen is tiled throughout and is very comfortably furnished with a wood burning stove in the lounge area.  The kitchen, at the back of the room, is very well equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge with ice box and dishwasher.  A window in the front of the lounge looks into the conservatory and out to sea – the dining table is in the conservatory so you can enjoy meals at home and take in the fantastic sea views.  A patio leads off the conservatory with table and chairs and the private parking space is right in front of the cottage – a real bonus.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with a king size bed looking out to sea and a beautiful spacious shower room.

Just a few steps from the cottage are the steps leading down to the beach and the village is just five minutes walk away.  Loe Bar and the lovely walks around the National Trust’s Penrose Estate are just five minutes in the other direction.

Bed linen, towels, electricity and free wifi are all included.

KozyKot is just a few yards from Tom’s Cottage and Tamarisk which makes it an ideal choice for families wishing to holiday together and retain their own private space.
