The Vestry is in a quiet pedestrian row of three cottages converted from buildings which were in the past a Christadelphian Hall and the local gig club. It has been renovated to an extremely high standard and is in a superb position just off the harbour and only a few minutes walk from the beach.

The ground floor is tiled throughout in a Mediterranean style with electric underfloor heating and comprises a master bedroom with a 6’ bed with posture mattress and an ensuite shower room and WC. The second bedroom is a twin (zip and link to 6’ bed with posture mattress) with an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over and WC.

A central staircase leads to an open plan living area on the first floor with high vaulted ceilings and spot lighting. The lounge has contemporary decor and furnishings and Sky Freeview TV. The kitchen is finished to an extremely high standard with granite worktops and Neff appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Bed linen, towels and electricity are all included.

The Vestry adjoins Pew Cottage which makes both properties an ideal choice if two families wish to holiday together but still retain their own private space.
