Tivoli Cottage is a traditional semi-detached Cornish cottage set in an idyllic location in a quiet country lane near the hamlet of Rinsey, just five minutes drive along the coast from Porthleven.

Accommodation Details:

A perfect hideaway for a couple or a small family, the cottage sleeps four and is surrounded on three sides by a delightful private garden.  At the front of the cottage is a lovely south-facing conservatory which leads into a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove and flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.  Also on the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher and a cosy dining alcove to the side.  Leading off the kitchen is an area with a washer/dryer and also the bathroom which has a bath with shower over.  A door from the kitchen opens onto the back garden with a table and chairs for alfresco dining.

The first floor comprises a king bedroom and bunk bedroom, with full size 3’ beds, both rooms overlooking the front garden.

There is a private parking space opposite the cottage.  Heating is by night storage heaters and electric panel heaters and all electricity, heating, bedding and towels are included.

Tivoli Cottage is just a mile from the lovely beach at Rinsey and the coastal path.  There is a pub with a family restaurant five minutes walk away in the village of Ashton and Porthleven, with its shops, pubs, restaurants and beach, is just five minutes drive.
