The cottage has been re-furbished to a very high standard and is beautifully furnished and equipped with full oil central heating throughout.  Steps lead up to the front door which opens into the lounge/diner with an open fire for those chillier evenings, a leather sofa and recliner chair, dining table and chairs and flat screen TV with Sky Freeview and incorporated DVD player.  There is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a beautiful shower room with a large shower cubicle.  The kitchen is very well equipped and has an electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar with stools. 

A door leads from the kitchen onto a small balcony, with bistro table and chairs, which has views towards the harbour and countryside and steps lead from this down to a paved garden, at the end of which is a decked area with a further table and chairs and sunshade.  This is a real sun trap for most of the day into the early evening.

Below the property is a garage and workshop and this also incorporates a tiled utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.  The workshop makes an excellent storage area for bicycles, surf boards, etc. and the garage has a remote controlled door with an additional parking space in front of the garage door. Broadband is available in the cottage through the porthleven.net facility.

Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.  One small pet is permitted in the property, with the exception of the bedroom.

Please note that the adjacent property has a permissive foot access through the garage of Main Top via the small door at the front of the garage to the small door at the back of the workshop which is beside a high gate into their garden.  This is only used if something has to be carried through to the rear of their property which could not be taken through their house.
