A beautiful, newly renovated cottage just a few yards from the beach, Compass Cottage has its own private parking and a patio and garden where you can sit and watch the sun set over Mounts Bay.

Accommodation Details:

Two bedrooms – one twin and one very large super king with ensuite shower room with power shower & heated floor - and an additional bathroom with bath & power shower and heated floor are on the ground floor. A small room leads off the main bedroom which can be used for a cot or as a study with WiFi broadband connection. The first floor has a large kitchen diner leading on to the garden and a very spacious lounge with multi fuel fire, 42" LCD TV with surround sound and Blue Ray player, FreeSat and Hi Fi with MP3 docking station. A conservatory leads off this room with wonderful views across the bay and this also gives access to the garden. The kitchen and bedrooms all have Freeview TV and MP3 docking stations.

The cottage is, of course, equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.
