Chiva-Som is an excellent renovation from Porthleven's former gig club. This superb cottage is central to the village and just a few minutes away from the harbour and a short walk to the beach.

The cottage sleeps four and has one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and one twin bedroom with ensuite shower facilities, all of which have been sumptiously furnished to a very high standard and with underfloor heating. The first floor incorporates open plan living with original oak flooring and some original features complemented by the owners' taste in luxury furnishings and the contemporary decor.

Wall mounted TV, DVD player, music system and playstation. A fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The heating on this floor is provided by a wood burning stove and electric storage heating. All bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included in the price. A parking permit for the local car park can be provided if required.
